Shipping info


All orders are sent by post. The user can choose betrween two shipping methods: standar shipping and registered shipping. At registered shipping you will receive a tracking number and you will be able to track your shipment at any time. All products are sent to the address you have registered in your order within 1-3 working days if the products are in stock. If they are not available, you are notified via e-mail or by a telephone by a representative of Cosmo Moto Accessories, and upon request, or after communication we process your order.

The charge is based on the weight of the order and it is paid by the customer. 



Cosmo Moto Accessories can replace a product that you have received and which is defective. The customer has to inform us within 7 calendar days of the time he received the product. The costs of returning the goods at our headquarters initially are paid exclusively by the customer, and if it is proved that it is indeed a defective product, you will receive a new product with all shipping costs (including the initial cost of the shipment to us) paid by us. The return of the product must be done only via POST. We will not accept any returns of parcels from any other courier. 
 -In case of a mistake in the order made by the customer, Cosmo Moto Accessories has no responsibility to replace the product. In this case, it would be better to contact us via email in order to find a solution. 
- In the case where a mistake is made by Cosmo Moto Accessories on a product that has been sent to you and it does not fit the bike you should contact us IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT try to modify / change the product as you will not be able to return it. Even in the case that it seems that it does not fit, let us know and do not try to install it. Returns are only accepted in factory packaging and condition.
